Membrane Elements and Consumables
Our company designs and manufactures hollow fiber membrane elements. The system adopts an overall 304/316L stainless-steel pressure-resistant housing, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and suitable for demanding food and industrial working conditions. The membrane core is available in two mainstream hollow fiber materials, PP and PVDF, and is assembled with a food-grade ABS membrane sleeve. The materials are safe and compliant, free from harmful substance leaching, and meet food-processing hygiene standards.
The product delivers stable filtration accuracy and excellent separation performance, with broad application coverage. It is used for clarification and filtration of liquors such as baijiu and rice wine, refining of condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar, and purification of fruit juices and tea beverages. It also serves water-treatment projects such as pure water and reclaimed water reuse, and adapts to industrial applications including electrophoretic paint recovery and separation of various chemical liquids.
We have mature custom manufacturing capabilities and have provided complete custom services for exclusive stainless-steel membrane housings and hollow fiber filter elements to customers across industries for many years. Membrane area, housing specifications and connection styles can be adjusted based on feed-liquid characteristics, flow rate, pressure and installation dimensions. Custom non-standard sizes and special sealing materials are supported, with stable delivery. We offer one-stop supply of membrane elements, housings and supporting accessories, suitable for both small and medium processing plants and large production lines.
